BTA Sports’ NFC Championship Preview

The NFC Championship features the Rams and Seahawks with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line. Both teams are coming off outstanding offensive seasons, showcasing explosive playmakers and consistent production throughout the year. In a divisional matchup with everything at stake, whichever offense rises to the moment will earn the right to represent the NFC.

Matchup Overview

The Rams advanced to the NFC Championship after knocking off the Bears in a wild Divisional Round finish. Matthew Stafford remains the engine of the unit and showed his ceiling against Seattle in Week 16, throwing for a season-high 457 yards and three touchdowns in a narrow overtime loss. Los Angeles will look to turn that production into a win with a Super Bowl berth on the line.

Seattle earned its spot by delivering a dominant defensive performance against the 49ers, limiting Brock Purdy and the offense to just 140 total yards. The Seahawks’ top-rated defense has been the backbone of their postseason run and now faces a familiar divisional opponent for the third time. With balance on both sides of the ball, Seattle aims to control the game and punch its ticket to the Super Bowl.
