NL Players of the Month: June 2026

The National League had no shortage of stars in June, but Pete Crow-Armstrong and Logan Webb put together months that were hard to ignore. Crow-Armstrong was one of the most complete offensive players in baseball, pairing power and average with his usual speed. Webb, meanwhile, gave the Giants ace-level consistency, limiting damage and working deep into games nearly every time he took the mound.

Pete Crow-Armstrong

June Stats:
  • 40 Hits (1st in NL)
  • 20 RBIs (T-8th in NL)
  • 11 HR (2nd in NL)
  • .381 AVG (2nd in NL)
  • 1.243 OPS (1st in NL)

Pete Crow-Armstrong’s June was one of the most explosive offensive months in the National League. He finished the month batting .381 with 40 hits, 11 home runs, 20 RBIs, 21 runs scored, and 8 stolen bases. That combination of power, speed, and consistent contact made him one of the most complete players in baseball throughout the month.

Crow-Armstrong’s impact went beyond just the home runs. He created pressure with his speed, produced extra-base damage, and helped drive the Cubs’ offense during a critical stretch of the season. When a player is hitting for average, power, and still adding value on the bases, it becomes difficult to match that level of all-around production. Crow-Armstrong’s June makes him the clear NL Batter of the Month.

Logan Webb

June Stats:
  • 3 Wins (T-4th in NL)
  • 38.0 IP (1st in NL)
  • 29 Strikeouts (T-15th in NL)
  • 0.71 ERA (1st in NL)
  • 0.61 WHIP (1st in NL)

Logan Webb’s June was a reminder of just how valuable he can be when he is in rhythm. Across five starts, Webb allowed only 3 earned runs over 38.0 innings while holding opponents to limited hard damage and consistently giving the Giants length. His month included 7 scoreless innings against Milwaukee, 8 strong innings against Washington, 8 innings against the Cubs, and 7 scoreless innings against Atlanta.

What separated Webb was his ability to control games from start to finish. He was efficient, limited baserunners, and gave San Francisco a chance to win nearly every time out. The strikeout numbers were strong, but the bigger story was how consistently he prevented runs and worked deep into games. With that level of dependability and dominance, Webb earns our NL Pitcher of the Month honors.
